Terms and conditions
1. Ord House is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask guests to depart by 10.30am on the day of departure.
2. A provisional reservation will only be honoured for five days pending a written confirmation. A reservation may also be guaranteed with a credit card number, and a deposit will normally be charged.
3. We operate a four week cancellation policy, and regrettably accommodation cancelled within this period that we are unable to relet, will be charged for, either by direct billing or by charging a credit card.
4. For the benefit of the next clients staying in the house, please advise us of any breakage or damage that occurs during your stay. We do not charge for breakages or damage which occur as a result of normal use, but reserve the right to demand payment for damage or breakages which occur as a result of reckless or deliberate misuse.
5. The client shall take reasonable and proper care of the property, its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition and state of repair at the end of your stay at Ord House.
6. Although we are keen animal lovers ourselves we are sorry but we cannot accept pets in Ord House.
7. The owners shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property unless this results from our own negligence.
8. There is a strict no smoking policy in Ord House.
9. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate small children and toddlers.
10. Acceptable methods of payment are; cheques, cash, credit cards or GBP travellers cheques.
11. Cheques should be made payable to Ms Nicola Bradbury.
